Synopsis: Prem Mehra (Salman Khan) is married to Pooja (Karisma Kapoor) with two children and is the owner of a modelling agency. One day, he meets Rupali (Sushmita Sen), an upcoming model who wants to marry a rich man, and lead a luxurious life. Prem falls for her beauty, and lies to her that he is unmarried so that he can win over her love. After a few days, Rupali finds out that Prem is married but Prem manages to convince Rupali that he will divorce his wife soon. Meanwhile, Pooja comes to know about Prem's affair with Rupali. She is heart-broken but with Prem's friend Lakhan (Anil Kapoor) and his wife Lovely's (Tabu) support, Pooja decides to win her husband's love back. She send her children and mother-in–law to stay with Rupali and takes control of the Modelling Agency by herself becoming the model. She then creates some misunderstanding between Prem and Rupali in order to bring Prem back to her.
