२. विश्वासको मत माग्दै गण्डकीका मुख्यमन्त्रीले भने-केन्द्रको प्रदुषित असर प्रदेशमा, तीनवटा प्रदेशमा नीति तथा कार्यक्रम, पारित नहुने बागमतीका विपक्षीको चेतावनी ।
